Hi, I'm Chrissy!
Before becoming a Bungee Fit instructor, I spent over 20 years running my own daycare while also working as a home health aide, specializing in dementia care.
Caring for others has always been at the heart of what I do, and that same passion carries into my fitness classes today.
My Bungee Fit classes are designed to be supportive, uplifting, and accessible for all levels. I combine low-impact, high-intensity movement with a focus on building strength, confidence, and core stability-all while making sure you feel safe, encouraged, and empowered.

Emily has been a dedicated Yoga and Aerial Yoga instructor for many years, bringing experience, warmth, and a deep love of movement into every class she teaches. Her journey has evolved to include Bungee Fitness—something she instantly fell in love with—and she now also teaches Trampoline Fitness, adding energy and fun to her well-rounded offerings.
Known for her uplifting personality and genuine care for her students, Emily creates an environment where everyone feels welcome, supported, and inspired. Her classes are full of positive energy, and it’s no surprise that her students absolutely love her.

Sebastian has always pushed himself beyond limits, competing at the highest levels in Ninja Warrior–style events where strength, agility, and precision are everything. His elite athletic background brings a powerful edge to his coaching, allowing him to guide students safely and confidently through the more advanced and dynamic elements of bungee fitness.
