what to expect

Our youth program is built around fun, fitness, teamwork, and real social connection. Each group will enjoy exciting activities like bungee fitness, trampoline dance, and aerial yoga while learning new skills in a supportive, upbeat environment. We recommend signing up for the full week so friendships can grow, confidence can build, and students can make steady progress in each activity. Every student is paired with a buddy, so everyone feels included, encouraged, and ready to have a great time.
